This project aims to identify ERβ splice variants and ERβ-regulated genes that are involved in lactotroph cell proliferation. PRL-βERKO mice and GH3β+ cells will be used for RNAseq analysis. Identification of such genes will contribute to understand the estrogen action in this important endocrine gland.
