The courses aim to provide management tools to the educational referents taking part in the Sembrador Program in the different provinces n Argentina to promote the institutionalization of change and improvements in schooling, as another way of collaborating with the quality of the educational offer provided by rural schools in the country.
Heads and supervisors taking part are selected on the basis of their background experience and performance, and the scholarship covers all the costs from the cost of the course itself to travel, lodging, food and leisure activities.
As well as providing practical tools, the course aims to help each participant detect the weak points of their daily management and design an improvement plan to be implemented in their own school or in the schools they supervise.
The course is designed as a workshop run by teachers specializing in these issues and other speakers such as Bernardo Blejmar, Inés Aguerrondo, Rebeca Anijovich, Claudia Romero, Pacola Scarinci de Delbosco and Victoria Abregú.
